The Inclusive Services Consultant takes a leadership role to ensure Texas librarians are knowledgeable about, and have resources to engage their community in implementing inclusive, equitable services to all members of their diverse communities. The Inclusive Services Consultant also serves as the project lead for statewide and national initiatives and projects relating to inclusive services. Coordinates project goals with other division/agency programs. Works under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement.
