The Director of Library Development leads the Library Development team within the State Library of North Carolina. This position works closely with the State Librarian and library leaders throughout North Carolina. The State Library is committed to removing barriers to access and ensuring that collections and services reflect diverse perspectives. We are seeking candidates who demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion.
